Audiences

The King receives the Prime Minister every week.

He also grants audiences to members of the federal government and regional and community governments, members of parliament and political leaders, representatives of the business, social, cultural and scientific sectors, academic and military decision makers and the media, as well as senior officials and provincial and local authorities.

The King also receives a large number of foreign dignitaries, such as Heads of State or foreign Ambassadors coming to present their credentials or to take leave of the King.

As a rule, the content of the discussions is not disclosed. Information concerning the audiences is released daily by the Palace press service.
